In 2003, I graduated from North Hennepin with an Associates degree in Business Management. At a crossroads of transitioning to a 4 year school to get my Bachelors or go down a path less traveled, I decided to follow my heart and enrolled at the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork. I received a diploma in Massage Therapy and began my career as a massage therapist in 2004. I have continued my massage therapy education at Centerpoint Massage school and Northwestern Health and Science University.

I am trained in techniques that include Relaxation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Reflexology, Cupping, Reiki, Craniosacral, Aromatherapy and Pregnancy Massage. I use a combination of these techniques during a session. I do not practice under the "no pain, no gain" philosophy as I believe you can work deeply by slowly moving into the muscle and letting the tissue release layer by layer.

In 2012, I became Nationally Certified, transitioned into Board Certification July 2016, and a member in good standing of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and hold a massage therapy license in the city of Lakeville.

For 10 years, I worked alongside chiropractors in their clinics and then in October 2013, I opened my own office space in St. Louis Park and was there for 6 plus years.
In September 2019, I made the decision to move my practice closer to my home in Lakeville. The 7 minute drive has been amazing! I am happy to be a part of the Lakeville business community.

2020 brought some significant changes for us all. My office was closed for nearly four months and I took that time as an opportunity to grow myself as an induvial and my skills. I invested in a hypnotherapy training and after completion, I came to realize I was filled with passion to learn more about the mind-body connection and how our bodies can store negative emotions that turn into physical symptoms.
For the next 2 years, I completed several trainings in mindset work and coaching. I have certifications for Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy ®. I am also a member in good standing of the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), Member of the American Board of NLP, Member of the American Board of NLP Coach.

I am so happy with the career path I chose and love being a massage therapist and mindset coach, helping others to get their bodies and minds working to their optimum function. I have benefited greatly from frequent massage and coaching and hope that I can help others do the same.

If you or someone you know is experiencing muscle tension or pain, stress or anxiety, I would appreciate the opportunity to work with you, and be the facilitator that gives your body the nudge it needs to start its own healing process.
